About
Lorraine Sanda is the Parental Involvement Officer for Children’s Services. She was asked in her capacity as a “parent” to support Stirling Council’s consultation on the new Parental Involvement legislation. Once the Act was passed by the Scottish Parliament she was given the task of promoting and setting up the new Parent Councils across Stirling. She has been closely involved with the developments at a national level. She is also responsible for developing and promoting partnerships and involvement of parents who have a child with additional support needs.
